Allan H. Tufankjian is a principal of Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella. Mr. Tufankjian specializes in complex cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, personal injury, business, tort, divorce, custody, real estate, criminal and complex admiralty/salvage cases in State and Federal Courts representing individuals, banks, and corporations. Mr. Tufankjian was initially a prosecutor and moved quickly into a private well-known trial practice assisting renowned attorney Robert G. Clarke, until 1980 when he formed his own firm that evolved into Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella. Kristine McDonald specializes in divorce, post-divorce, child custody and domestic relations litigation and mediation, civil litigation, personal injury litigation, estate administration, and probate litigation. Ms. McDonald joined the firm in 1993. She maintains an office on Martha’s Vineyard and sees clients in Brockton by appointment. Michael G. Doton is an attorney at Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella. Mr. Doton concentrates on civil and criminal counseling and litigation and has managed all aspects of complex litigation from inception through jury and bench trials. Mr. Doton has represented clients in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Rhode Island, and the United States District Court, as well as in administrative agency proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Doton has further represented clients in divorce, child support, support modification and contempt hearings before the Probate and Family Court. While in law school, Mr. Doton was a judicial intern for the Honorable Joyce London Alexander, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Massachusetts. In addition, Mr. Doton interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts and was a law clerk at two Boston law firms.

Michael J. Sacchitella is a principal at Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella. Mr. Sacchitella specializes in complex business, tort, and criminal counseling and litigation in state and federal courts representing individual inventors and entrepreneurs, corporations, LLCs, business executives, and individuals as plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Sacchitella has been employed as an Assistant District Attorney, Plymouth County, Massachusetts as well as with the Boston firm of Parker, Coulter, Daley & White, and a Fortune 500 computer company. Mr. Sacchitella has been a principal in private practice since 1993.

Stephen Corsaro, Of Counsel to Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella. Mr. Corsaro provides due diligence and counsels clients on a wide range of matters relating to real property, including and primarily the purchase and sale of real estate. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Corsaro clerked for the Judges of Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Subsequently, Mr. Corsaro served as legal counsel for Sheriffs Peter Forman and Charles Decas at the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department and Correctional Facility. After leaving the public sector, Mr. Corsaro has focused his practice in the areas of real estate conveyance and land use.

Dean C. Makowski is an attorney at Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella. Mr. Makowski has represented clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters and currently focuses his practice on employment claims, business litigation, personal injury cases, estate planning, and family law. In his employment law practice, he has successfully prosecuted cases involved employment discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, retaliation claims, and wrongful termination claims. Through his litigation practice he has counseled clients and successfully represented them in cases involving automobile accidents, food poisoning incidents, contract disputes, will contests, and social security appeals. Mr. Makowski has vast experience with all aspects of domestic relations cases involving divorce, child custody disputes, complaints for paternity, and he has successfully prosecuted and defended 209A restraining orders. Prior to joining Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella, Mr. Makowski evaluated authors' royalty contracts for a Fortune 500 Publishing Company.

Dana C. Myers, Of Counsel to Tufankjian, McDonald, Doton & Sacchitella, concentrates her law practice in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy*, divorce/family law, and general business law. She represents clients before various Massachusetts state courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court. While in law school, Ms. Myers participated in various civil litigation trials as an intern with a barrister at the law firm 5 Pump Court Chambers in London, England. Before receiving her Juris Doctor, Ms. Myers worked as a corporate paralegal in her native Commonwealth of Virginia. Ms. Myers is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and an active member of the Weymouth Rotary Club.
